LiveStage Venue collects the information you provide when you create an account (email, name, role) and the information you submit through the platform (broadcasts, music, business listings, orders).

Marketing emails

We only send marketing emails to people who explicitly opted in during signup or another consent moment. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account notices) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

Sharing with affiliated businesses

We only share your contact information with affiliated businesses (advertisers, venues, partner musicians) when you have explicitly opted in. Affiliated businesses are contractually bound to use this information only for the purposes you consented to and to honor opt-out requests.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and revokes future marketing.
