Terms of Service

1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
2. Communications & Marketing
If you opt in during signup, you agree to receive marketing emails from LiveStage Venue about features, events, partner offers, and announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. Transactional emails (order receipts, password resets, account notices) will continue regardless.
3. Sharing With Affiliated Businesses
If you opt in during signup, you agree that LiveStage Venue may share your name, email, and stated interests with affiliated businesses — including advertisers, venues, and partner musicians — for offers and opportunities you may find relevant. Affiliated businesses are bound by contract to use this information only for those purposes and to honor opt-out requests.
4. Broadcaster Obligations
By going live you confirm you have full authority to film and stream the venue and performance, and have secured all clearances from performers, songwriters, publishers, PROs, and other rights holders. You grant LiveStage Venue the right to host, reproduce, livestream, and replay your broadcast, and you indemnify LiveStage Venue against any claim arising from it.
5. Musician Obligations
By publishing music for sale you confirm that all uploaded songs, recordings, lyrics, compositions, and artwork are your original work or fully cleared with all rights holders. You grant LiveStage Venue the rights described in the Musician Agreement, accept the 90% / 10% revenue split, and indemnify LiveStage Venue against any claim arising from your content. LiveStage Venue is not liable for, and shall be held harmless against, any infringement, royalty, songwriter, publishing, or rights-holder claim relating to musician-uploaded content.
6. Business / Advertiser Obligations
You confirm that all business information, logos, and offers you submit are accurate and that you have the right to use them. You agree to comply with applicable advertising laws and to honor any offers shown on the platform.
7. Advertising Subscriptions, Trials, Renewals & Refunds
Free listings. Free business listings cost nothing, remain public, and are never hidden for nonpayment.
Free trial. Paid Banner and Featured plans start with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial and is stored by our payment processor, Stripe. You are not charged during the trial. One trial per business and per payment customer.
Pricing & auto-renewal. Banner is $19.99 per month or $199.90 per year. Featured is $29.99 per month or $299.90 per year as introductory launch pricing. Annual plans include two months free (exactly ten times the monthly price). When the trial ends, and at the end of every billing period thereafter, your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel.
Cancellation timing. You may cancel at any time in the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid placement remains available through the end of the period you already paid for, after which your listing reverts to a free directory listing. Your data is preserved.
Monthly refunds. Monthly payments are not refundable. You keep access through the current paid period.
Annual refunds. If you cancel an annual plan, a refund may be issued only for unused FULL months, calculated from your next monthly anniversary. Used months and any month currently in progress are never refunded. Annual refunds are reviewed manually by LiveStage Venue, are not automatic, and may be reduced by nonrefundable payment processing fees. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Failed payments, 10-day grace period & hiding. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription is immediately marked past due and your paid placement stays visible for a 10-day grace period measured from the first failed payment (retries do not extend it). If payment has not succeeded by the end of that grace period, your listing is automatically hidden from the public business directory, the homepage and all live-stream and replay banners. All of your data is preserved.
Restoration. When a payment later succeeds, your placement and public visibility are restored automatically. Canceled or unpaid subscriptions never retain paid placement.
Notices. Payment receipts, trial-ending notices and failed-payment notices are sent by our payment processor where that processor is configured to send them. You are responsible for keeping a valid card on file; you can always fix a payment or cancel from the "Manage billing" button on your business dashboard. LiveStage Venue does not currently send SMS billing notifications.
8. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, broadcast, or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that violates any applicable law. LiveStage Venue may remove content and terminate accounts at its sole discretion.
9. DMCA & Takedown
LiveStage Venue operates under the DMCA safe harbor and will respond to valid takedown notices. Repeated infringement results in account termination.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiveStage Venue, its operators, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, settlements, fines, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
11. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveStage Venue's aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms is limited to the fees you paid LiveStage Venue in the prior 12 months or USD $100, whichever is greater.
12. Changes
LiveStage Venue may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
